Orders & Payments
- All orders must be paid in full before fulfillment
- Prices are subject to change without notice
Custom Orders
- Custom cakes and large orders may require advance notice
- Design details must be confirmed before production
- Custom and specialty orders are non-refundable once preparation begins
Refunds & Cancellations
- We do not offer refunds
- We only offer store credit in certain situations at our discretion
- All sales are final, especially for custom and specialty orders
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Ms. Myrtle’s Bakery may, at its sole discretion, issue store credit in place of a refund for verified order issues. Custom and specialty orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of order pickup or delivery. Store credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used within 60 days of issuance.
Pickup & Delivery
- Customers are responsible for accurate pickup times
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services

- Our kitchen handles common allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten). We cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
